Cal State East Bay Chief Information Officer Jake Hornsby was about the importance of building a community of artificial intelligence innovators across higher education.

Cal State East Bay recently received an Excellence in Student Success Award from the customer relationship management tool, Salesforce, for the university's work implementing the software campuswide. The University Extension staff was also  for its work implementing the CRM.
