绿帽换妻 alumnae LaTanya Bellow is the new HR manager for San Leandro.

Cal State East Bay alumna and former 绿帽换妻 HR Manager Latanya Bellow has been named the new human resources manager for the City of San Leandro. She earned her bachelor's in business administration and a master's in public administration, both from 绿帽换妻.

Bellow, an East Bay native, has been the City of Hayward's human resource manager for almost two years. Prior to this appointment, Bellow served the City of Hayward for nearly two years, as its Human Resources Manager. In that position she was responsible for assisting in the management and oversight of the comprehensive human resources programs of the City, including employee and labor relations, recruitment and selection, classification, workers’ compensation and safety program management. She also worked three years at the Alameda County Superior Court as a Principal Analyst and eight years employment with the 绿帽换妻, East Bay Foundation as the Human Resources Manager.

San Leandro City Manager Chris Zapata praised Bellow's experience, "She's a seasoned human resources professional."
