Earth Week Opening Keynote, Winona LaDuke - Come out to meet international speaker, writer, and activist working on environmental issues that are occurring today!

Vinyasa Yoga - Come take a break to breathe, reenergize, and relax through Vinyasa yoga. In this 45-minute class, you'll mindfully integrate movement and breath to help you build strength and flexibility. All
levels are welcome.

Puerto Rican Cooking Demo & Bomba Dancers - Join us for the next Cultural Cooking Demonstration to learn about the rich Puerto Rican culture and cuisine. This special event will include a demonstration on the foods of the island, and will be followed by a brief history and performance on the traditional dance of Bomba.

Helping Our Pioneers Excel (HOPE) - Celebrate community, social justice, and sustainability through food! Helping Our Pioneers Excel (HOPE) will be hosting an all-afternoon event. Join a panel of students discussing their experiences overcoming food and housing insecurity (3pm) followed by an interactive workshop on how you can help support HOPE (4pm). The event will end with a community dinner and resource fair (5pm, while supplies last).

Weigh the Waste - Help Pioneer Heights achieve zero waste by participating in the RecycleMania "Weight the Waste" waste audit at the Dining Commons. Volunteers will sort through waste from the residence halls to identify what students are throwing away and raise awareness on proper recycling and composting methods.

Thursday Night Takeover - A night filled with games and activities come out to Cal State East Bay's TNT on April 20th in the RAW at 10pm. Games such as Dodge ball, Kickball, hand/wall ball, Knockout, and Tetherball will be occurring also free food will be supplied!

Zero Waste Brown Bag Lunch & Workshop - Hey Pioneers! Cal State East Bay has implemented a new triple stream waste system. Join the Zero Waste Brown Bag Lunch & Workshop to learn how the new system works and how you can contribute to Cal State East Bay becoming a zero-waste campus.

Concord Campus Talk with executive Director of Save Mount Diablo, Ted Clement - Come out to hear a talk with Executive Director of Save Mount Diablo and Garaventa will lead a lecture about their efforts in the area, and next to a trip to SMD and chance to do reclamation work followed by lunch and reflection.
