The following is a list of resources available to ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ students:
- Advising Resource Center. This center serves as a central hub to facilitate connections between students and their advisors.
- Accessibility Services. provides several programs offering support services for students with different backgrounds and abilities.
- This is an online tool for students to see notes from their advisors, make appointments with advisors and instructors, and message both advisors and instructors.
- Canvas. This is the learning management system used at ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ. Among other services, it provides a website shell for every course offered at ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ. In addition, it may be used by ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ programs to organize relevant information.
- Center for International Education. This center provides a range of immigration and advising services to current and newly-admitted international students making the transition to Cal State East Bay and the United States.
- College of Science Student Service Center. This center houses undergraduate academic advisors for several science departments including Biological Sciences. These advisors ensure that students receive timely guidance about their degree requirements, have information about and access to opportunities beyond the classroom including research, internships and career pathways, offer assistance with utilizing academic tools such as Bay Advisor, myÂÌñ»»ÆÞ, and Stellic, and build belonging and STEM identity in a supportive and inclusive community.

- Degree Audit Report. The degree audit report (DAR) is a CSU Academic Advisement Report which shows how your transferable courses apply to your General Education (GE) requirements. You can find more information about the DAR and how to access it using this link.
- Grade Appeal & Academic Grievance. This is a process by which students can petition a course grade, an academic dishonesty report, and/or dismissal from a program in which they were enrolled.

- Stellic. This interactive platform allows students to plan their schedules for future semesters, see how they are progressing in their degree and major, and explore how different concentrations would fit into their plan. It is intended for planning purposes only and should be used alongside the Degree Audit Report in MyÂÌñ»»ÆÞ.
- STEM Lab, This community learning space that connects students with undergraduate Learning Assistants (LAs) and graduate Teaching Associates (TAs). This study space is designed to support students in specific courses for BIOL, CS, MATH, PHYS, and STAT.
- Student Health & Counseling. Student Health & Counseling Services is a fully accredited by outpatient clinic staffed by Board Certified Physicians, and licensed Nurse Practitioners, Medical Staff, and Counselors. Student Health & Counseling Services offers basic medical care for most illnesses and injuries and various elective services.
- Student Center for Academic Achievement (SCAA). This is the university's student learning center and offers a number of related services including tutoring for science, math, statistics, the sciences, and writing.

- Veteran's Student Services. This program provides a Veterans Academic Counselor who is dedicated to supporting and advocating the needs of the military population to the campus community. The Veterans Academic Counselor provides in-depth, long-term academic and personal support throughout a student’s tenure at ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ so that they may achieve career goals and make informed decisions regarding their educational aspirations.
