Welcome to the Office of Graduate Studies at Cal State East Bay. This office providesinformation and guidance for prospective and current graduate students about a broad range
of academic programs and support services. Cal State East Bay offers over thirty professional
and research graduate programs.
Graduate Program Coordinators
Each degree program has a faculty graduate program coordinator designated to provideoverall supervision for the graduate program. All graduate students are responsible to arrange
appointments with the Program Coordinator for advisement.
International Students
All Graduate students on a student visa are responsible to contact the Center for InternationalEducation for information on matters affecting visa status, eligibility for employment, and/or
any special academic requirements, etc.
Financial Aid
Complete a free annual application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream ActApplication or (CADAA).

Cal State East Bay offers numerous forms of financial support for current graduate students.The Office of Graduate Studies coordinates the many programs which provide financial
resources and educational opportunities in support of graduate education.
