Feeling a bit stuck on your application or have some general questions about the process? Don't worry, we've got you covered! Here's how you can get the assistance you need:

  1. Chat with a Welcome Center Ambassador: Instantly connect with an expert by clicking the red "Chat with an Expert" tab at the bottom of your screen.
  2. After hours? Leave us a question: If it's after hours, no problem! Click the red "Contact Us" tab at the bottom of your screen to leave a message for a Welcome Center Ambassador.
  3. Call us on weekdays: Have a question during weekdays between 9 AM - 5 PM? Give us a call at 510-885-2556.
  4. Schedule a Zoom meeting: Want more personalized assistance? Send an email to visit@csueastbay.edu to set up a 30-minute Zoom application assistance meeting.
  5. Visit the Welcome Center: Prefer face-to-face help? Drop by the Welcome Center and utilize our application assistance station.
Please note: The application process may take up to 90 minutes to complete. We encourage you to do as much as you can on your own, and we'll be here to troubleshoot any issues or questions you encounter along the way. Your success is our priority!
