Exercise Opportunities on Campus

On campus activities are postponed until further notice.

The Get Fit Stay Fit program, run through the Kinesiology Department, is offering exercise sessions led by a trainer.  Live sessions are available again.  Email them at getfitstayfit@csueastbay.edu for additional information.

The PAW Center through the Student Counseling and Health Center and the RAW are offering Mindful Minutes.  It's an opportunity to relax with meditations, journal making, yoga, and other tools.  It is open to students, faculty, and staff.  Please note, Mindful Minutes will pause operation in August 2020 to recharge and reassess their program offering.  Look for it to return for the fall semester!

If you would like to participate, watch your email for periodic announcements or please contact Janice Bulayo to request the Zoom link.
