Tuesday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Wednesday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Thursday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Telehealth (video) medical appointments are available daily, and in-person medical appointments are available at our Hayward clinic.

Virtual counseling appointments are available daily until 7pm, and in person counseling appointments are available at our Hayward clinic. Same-day crisis appointments are available every afternoon.  The schedule for group counseling sessions is here.
