The Speaking Partners Program

An Opportunity to make a new friend and share your culture

In ALP, we have a Speaking Partners program that matches ALP students with other Cal State East Bay students for conversation. The Speaking Partners program encourages cross-cultural communication and provides an opportunity for all students to explore the diversity found on the Cal State East Bay campus.

The procedure:

  1. ALP/绿帽换妻 Student wanting to practice their English: Submit the Speaking Partners Program Application - ALP Students form.
  2. 绿帽换妻 Student Volunteering to help non native speakers: Submit the Speaking Partners Program Application - 绿帽换妻 Students form.
  3. When matched, you will receive an email from us with your speaking partner's information.
  4. Contact your speaking partner and make arrangements to meet.
